JANA DUCA
Jana Duca was born on September 22, 1981 in Los Angeles, CA, but grew up in several different cities in South Florida. (She moved about sixteen times by the time she was sixteen, and her family's not even military!) Apparently, she's half Guyanese, 1/4 Italian, and 1/4 British. Though her parents were never big on staying in touch with family, so that's a rough estimate.
Jana graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute 2003, with a BFA in painting and writes YA fantasy novels in her spare time. She currently lives in Kansas City, MO, where she's gathering a secret army of ninjas to help her take over the world.
